Shipping Information
We offer free shipping services to orders within Nairobi. While carriers such as G4S deliver countrywide. If you specify the shipment method, we will do our best to send it by the carrier you request. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package is delivered to you intact and on time by our delivery partner.
While making your order, please specify the exact delivery location and the preferred mode of delivery. Depending on how easy it will be for us to get the package to you.
You can still opt to collect your package from WildMart Africa store in Marsabit plaza, Ngong Road.
Ordering
Ordering online is the quickest and most secure way to buy from us. To make an order login or create an account by filling the provided form on the account details icon. Click the orders icon then “Go Shop”. Select the item for purchase and add to your basket. To complete your order, proceed to check out and enter billing details. Then place your order.
After an order has been made, we will call you to confirm the order and you will be informed on the delivery time and the total amount.
Payment
We accept two methods of payment that depends on the order you make.
- Cash on Delivery -This means you pay after you have received your package.
- You can also pay via mobile money services such as Mpesa.
Please note that payment should be made in Kenyan Shillings. For orders outside Nairobi, an additional fee will be charged for delivery
Return Policy

All Items purchased on WildMart Africa Ltd, can be returned within a period of seven business days from delivery date, if they meet certain requirements.

Refund
Refund process begins after we have received your returned product and may take 2-7 days.
